The Winter Soldier the winter soldier bluray release date?

Already seen the movie once and I'm hyped for the bluray release. Im thinking it will release sometime in July just before guardians of the galaxy comes out.Since it would kinda makes sense. when do you guys think it will come out?

Movies are coming out faster and faster these days. I'm guessing July/August for this one. The May releases have usually come out in September (Avengers, Ironman 3 etc.)

IM3 came out in August, at least where I live. But yeah, about 3 months between the release in theatres and the release on BR is pretty much MS standard right now

the reason behind that is there are digital no longer are there film reels so it takes less time to manufacture and distribute .

Yep July release sounds about right. I'd release it July 4 (Independence Day)

I would assume July 4th for the digital release and then for a physical release, probably around the end of July. they usually release the digital version about 3 weeks before the physical version, and I can't imagine them releasing it digitally any earlier than 2 and a half months.

I still haven't bought Thor: TDW because of this. I may not wait for the same amount of time with TWS, but Disney needs to follow what every else does with their releases and do a BR/DVD combo.

Amazon Germany are saying it could arrive August 16. Though Den of geek reckon it could get bumped to the first week of September.

At this time, I think any date that's posted about a BR/DVD release is purely a shot in the dark. Marvel seems to do BR/DVD releases about 3 months after the theatrical release so early July would probably be the earliest. I think it'll be within the last 2 weeks of July so it releases just before GotG.

July 4th is also a good time for some Captain America. I'm hoping for that.

I think late July is a good bet. I think they will want it out before Guardians of the Galaxy, and we likely will have some short little feature promoting that movie as well.

I know the film hasn't been out super long (7 weeks) but movies do tend to come out sooner then they used to. I'm kinda puzzled that the DVD release dated hasnt been announced although it likely will soon. Web searches I've made haven't been very definitive. Any know or speculate? I'm gettin this badboy on blu ray the day it comes out! Thanks!
