Is it rough?

It's pretty relaxed actually. I work at a Hotel that is dedicated to school groups. So there are often groups from Italy, Spain, England, etc., staying at our Hotel, while they visit Berlin. And we have set times for breakfast. Which is from 7-10:30AM. And dinner gets served anywhere from 4-8PM.

I prefer to work the dinner shift. Which means I can sleep till noon, and am less likely to wake up with a bad mood.

I was reading a story in National Geographic about Somalia and it hit me. I know why the OT Stormtroopers are so terrible at their job. After the rise of the Galatic Empire, much of the galaxy fell into a state of dystopia, more or less. Money squandered in the war effort of the PT, and then in the war against the Rebel Alliance broke lots of the big businesses. The Galactic Empire became the galaxy's best employer.

They needed warm bodies and the disenfranchised civilians needed a way to vent their anger toward the Rebel Alliance and/or put bread on the table. So they start training as Stormtroopers. Their instuctors are equally disillusioned with the state of the Galactic Empire, so their training isn't up to snuff. Propaganda and witch hunts are what keep the general public afraid of Stormtroopers who're terrible shots.

Hey young Mr. Moose. :)

So, I just finished Quantum of Solace. I want to say it was decent because I enjoyed the last 20 minutes a lot, but it was kinda meh aside from that. The action was cool, but there were so many weird edits. The whole movie had odd jump-cuts.

You cook?

Every once in a while.

Quantum Of Solace was alright, but the Craig Bond movies lack some elements from the older films. The gadgets, the one line zingers Bond is known for, & of course Q.

Yeah, QOS is a 6.5 in my book.

Yeah, these Craig movies are great, but it'd be nice to bring back the older elements back. I think Skyfall kind of alluded to that, with Q being introduced, and the Aston Martin.

Step one: Have the muthaf**king gun barrel in the beginning. :cmad:

That's another thing that irks me too with the gun barrel sequence. Also, the new, hip, Q, will take sometime to get used to with me. :007

I'll give Casino Royale props for how it incorporated it, but it still should have been at the beginning.

As for Hipster Q, I shall judge him when I watch Skyfall again. Desmond was awesome though. Can't believe the man was dedicated for more than 30 years.

"Grow up, 007."
"I believe 007 is attempting re-entry."

:lmao:

I also liked his last appearance in TWINE.

"Always have an escape plan."

Casino Royale with Daniel Craig and Eva Green is my fave bond movie :hrt: next to Golden Eye with Pierce Brosman and Famke Janssen.

I suggest you watch all the Bond movies, then pick a favorite.

I watched Tomorrow Never Dies on the tele the other week. It was good I thought then again it had been a few years since I last saw it. Teri Hatcher was smokin hot.:funny:

Izabella Scorupco was a very nice dish in Goldeneye.
