Maybe the only mammal... except a quick Google search turns up all monotremes and 20%~ of teleost fish. Still a freaky animal.
 
How do you digest without a stomach?
 
Through the intestines, where most absorption actually takes place. The stomach is more useful to break down the food into easier to digest bits. It's not necessary in every diet.

In fact humans can live without a stomach too, although it makes living much more difficult missing an essential part of your digestive system. Usually it involves a liquid diet, lots of supplements and constant doctor checkups to make sure you're getting enough nutrients.
