Decent main event when the 3 big guys were smacking the tar out of each other, but the finish was beyond predictable, and stupid to have Reed eat the pin. Cody running in is whatever, but it would have made sense for Seth and Co to attack him, Reed to hit him with a couple of Tsunamis to get some heat back, and have Cody go into the match with Jey, also banged up.

I thought the 1st hour was really good, but things wobbled a bit after AJ vs JD, and then fell off after Liv's unfortunate injury.

Agreed, I mean Cody’s the uber face, so what does beating his injured buddy do for him? A match with Reed would have elevated him as you say, but I guess Trips was worried about the next round of whining from Rikishi if his boy didn't win.

The 4 eliminator matches on NXT were decent, I figured Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker would qualify, but I don't get them putting Lash over Kelani, and I know they're doing this thing with Tatum and ZaRuca, but Zaria is way more interesting than Izzy Dame. The best match was comfortably Jordynne vs Lola, and Grace should be the one to win the Fatal 4-Way next week and face Jacy Jayne at Evolution.

Trick getting pinned in the 6 man tag off Inamura was unexpected, he's a pretty unique talent and obviously Briggs will end up turning on him, which may lead him to challenging Oba Femi for the NXT title.

The Blake Monroe contract signing was a bit of a miss, I'm not sure about the Bewitched/I Dream of Jeannie presentation, and the promo was kinda stilted, then having Fatal Influence put her through a table was a bit of an odd way to book her first full appearance. I'm guessing she'll wrestle Fallon at the Great American Bash.
