The Wrestling Thread has much larger nipples

And one last thing about last night's press conference: I rolled my eyes so damn hard when Triple H said that Chyna would get a sole HOF induction 'some day'. These new IWC kids weren't born yet, but I can chiefly say that besides his in-ring skills, Chyna and Stephanie are the two main reasons why Trips was able to have a career.

Chyna beating up the guys on the outside and getting involved as his bodyguard was the only fun part about Triple H's matches when I was growing up.

A lot of the IWC do think that Chyna deserves a solo induction though. Honestly, I do think she deserves a solo induction, so I don't see anything wrong with what Triple H said there.

Just checked it out, from the Battleground podcast, right? Fantastic promo, obviously a work but it's a good progression of his Svengali gimmick, and whether intentional or not, could turn him face.

It was the WrestleMania Recap show from Sunday night after Night 2, where Sam Roberts and Megan Morant are recapping the event and talking to some of the wrestlers. It's on YouTube HERE.

For anyone that wants to watch it, the crazy Karrion Kross promo starts at about 1:12:00 into the video. Language is NSFW.

Yeah that's the one I saw, the key bit must gave been lifted by Battleground podcast channel.

Cathy Kelley is :hmr:

Anyway, the Kross on the podcast is who I want on tv.

The Cathy Kelley news is interesting, I am curious to know if this is something she wanted to do.

@Hunter Rider was probably right all along that Cena probably shouldn't have been in a spot like this. However, with Cena's history and importance to WWE, how do you not figure Cena into the biggest most important angle in the company for his last year? That being said, maybe he should've been in there with someone like Logan Paul instead.

The reason being is because Cena has slowed down and lost some steps. He's talked about it himself. He can't be big match John anymore.

He didn't need to be Big Match John. He needed more overbooking.

This is why he needs a stable of heels doing his bidding. I feel like Heel Cena needs more gaga in his matches than just a small skinny rapper coming down half-way through the match with a long entrance and eating one finisher.

Another problem with Heel Cena is that it seems Cena has overthought it a bit? I don't understand the whole "I am going to kill wrestling" thing. What is wrong with just being a piece of **** bad guy? Why do we need this weird "I am going to kill wrestling" stuff? To me Punk nailed what the whole angle should have been about. "You gave up on all those kids. You sold them bull**** all these years." Why do you need more than that for Heel Cena?

It seems like Cena wants to do some kind of deconstruction of wrestling. Which is good in theory, but not in execution in this case

Cena vs Rock 2 is worse than Cena vs Rock at 28 was. Rock gets hurt very early into the match and it's very obvious. All good examples you give, and I would add to those Undertaker vs Sid and the McMahon in every corner from Mania 2000 as other really bad ones.

Ah yeah, that was the match where Rock tore his abdominal muscle and it delayed the filming of one of the Fast & Furious movies. This discussion got me thinking, there's probably been more crap Wrestlemania main events than good ones.

Good promo from Cena and I think just having Orton slide in and hit an RKO as opposed to cutting a promo was a good choice. I also like the countdown clock gimmick for how long Cena has left before he walks out the WWE title.

Women's Tag Team Championship rematch up next!

Becky whiplash, not sure what the point of any of this was… I prefer baby face Becky, hopefully this heel run is much, much better than her last run…

This is the least annoying version of the New Day but I will still never like them

It's also worse cause there was a time essentially Triple H was our Rock and Austin replacement at the top, and he just wasn't that guy. Triple H was good for what he was, but he got pushed way too hard.

It took a long time for me to let go of HHH going over Booker at WM19. At least he got another chance as King Booker but man I was salty about that HHH feud.

Cena vs Rock 2 was BAD. Def one of those moments that CM Punk should've been slipped into for a triple threat.

Really good match between Iyo and Stephanie that built and built, and I can understand not having a winner as Stephanie is a phenom herself. The Roxy and Giulia run-ins were unexpected, but awesome! :D and of course Rhea still hangs ominously over Iyo.
