So Lex, Toy Man, and Mxyztplk are the oldest Superman rogues and @flickchick85 hates one of them unconditionally.

You know, Toyman and Mxy are the poster characters for "there are no bad characters, only bad interpretations".
Almost throughout their entire comic book history those 2 have been just....well.....silly! But then you go and watch STAS and suddenly Toyman is a creepy little villain that could settle well in Batman's world while Mxy goes from a Nicolodeon reject to straight up horror thanks to Alan Moore's Whatever happened....
Superman's rogues gallery -even the B and C-listers- is very underrated IMO.
