Randolph, Vermont - March 22, 2010
A Randolph man will appear in court today over allegedly shooting
at his neighbor during an argument about dogs.
Vermont State Police say 37-year-old Justin Galenski of Tunbridge and 48-year-old James Larsen of Randolph were in a long-standing dispute over Larsen's dogs on Galenski's property.
On Sunday morning, Galenski reportedly fired three warning shots
near the dogs to scare them away. Galenski then got on his 4-wheeler and began driving around his driveway. That's when Larsen allegedly shot at the vehicle twice, one time hitting the tire.
Larsen was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
