I hate that I am apparently not gonna end up being able to go to the Bodies Exhibit in Cleveland today because Mark can't pee in three hours.

I also hate the way I get so seethingly angry about petty things that nobody can really control.

I hate that my parents think they can read me like a book and half the time they are completely off target and make me feel like they don't know me at all.

And my occasional sneaking awareness that I might not really be a very good person.

I hate that almost 3 years after the fact, a person I got into a car accident with (whose huge SUV was barely scraped and my car was nearly totaled) has now decided to sue for "personal injuries." Fan-freaking-tastic.

I hate that that sack of **** Michael Vick is back to his old job and his stupid fans are cheering him on like nothing ever happened.

I hate that people jump down someone's throat for saying "******ed". Everyone knows it's not being used to describe a mentally handicapped person.

Yeah, I do that a lot. Also sometimes I make it to the shop and then forget why I'm there. I stand around like an idiot like a bit, pretending to browse, until I remember. Sometimes I'm there a long time.

The limit for personal injury is three years in my state; I looked it up. I also looked up the date of the accident and it's only been slightly over two years, ugh Not as long as I'd thought, so he's still got a nice little window to pursue this. This was absolutely the last news I needed to hear this evening, and really horrible timing for this to happen. I'm beyond upset at the moment. His case is absurd and downright greedy, but I suppose depending on how great his lawyer is, he could easily win. Right now, all that has happened is we've received his letter of intent.

I was more pissed than anyone else when I heard all of this happened, and this is coming from someone who had 3 dogs. But he had done his time, and I don't think he'll come out of jail still wanting to kill dogs and dogfight. I believe he's legitimately sorry and deserved another chance in the NFL.

Is the letter of intent what gets sent to the insurance company (I'm not familiar with some of the US terms)? So you got this letter from your insurance provider?
