That list started off well enough (that shake from Coldstone has pretty much my entire daily allotment for calories), but it seemed like they were getting desperate toward the end. "This food item is low in calories, high in protein, high in fiber, and seems pretty healthy, but it has ever so much sodium!!"
Ohmygod, how much sodium is it?
"As much as a couple slices of bacon!"
There's even a point in there where they said to choose one brand of trail mix over another because their choice had 4 less grams of fat.
I'm not going to defend Reese's Puff Cereal (I've never even had it before), but they literally said to avoid it because a bowl of Reese's Cereal in milk has slightly more sugar than a Reese's Cup. And then they recommended a peanut butter cereal with more calories per serving and the same amount of sugar as a Reese's Cup. If that's the kind of logic they're using, why not recommend just eating a Reese's Cup for breakfast?
