I'm not just talking about villains or characters. What effects, music styles, costumes, ideas, atmosphere? And yes, maybe villains and characters.

I'd like to see Batman III (Shadow of the Bat, as I call it) taking place in the winter (like Batman Returns). As for villains, of course, Two-Face should return. And possibly Catwoman? And maybe Black Mask. Mr. Freeze should be left for a film that takes place in Summer. Or maybe Winter, so he can survive better. What's your opinion?

With Robin possibly arriving in the future how about coming up with a special Robin theme by Zimmer that at the very end ties up with Batman's Zimmer theme.

I'd like the costume to more or less stay the same. How about adopting the original chest logo? Robin should eventually adopt the Nightwing mantle and be called Nightwing. Perhaps call Batman 4 or 5 Batman & Nightwing.

I think the Bat cave should be a bit more high tech in the future. But still have the gritty feeling BF and B&R lacked.

What are the chances of the Batboat and Batwing to make their debut in future Nolan films? Done as realistically as possible. Also a Batmobile that looks a little more sleek would be nice. Perhapes the Tumbler with a sleeker touch. Tumbler 2.0 :cwink:

What are you guys' ideas and opinions?

I want Nolan to complete his trilogy... meaning no robin and no flashy villains such as freeze. clayface, etc.

I expect a new batmobile, the batcave, Selina Kyle and Catwoman, and the Riddler with a cameo of Penguin running the Iceberg lounge... pretty much I want Nolan to close off his universe with the third and have a whole new take a couple years later.

Well, maybe after Nolan's Trilogy someone else can come back (or maybe Nolan can come back) and do a second trilogy. It doesn't have to be flashy. Robin and Freeze were made flashy by Schumacher. They can be done well. No bright red suit. Maybe a very dark red suit for Robin. Maybe even closer to a Nightwing story. Maybe just have Grayson as someone who stays at Wayne Manor and manages to get Bruce to teach him how to fight and he begins to go out in the night to fight. Batman has to save him several times, and finally he becomes Robin. Later Nightwing.

Freeze can be done very well, if given a dark story. No "you're icy doom" "chill" "the ice age!!!" lines. No Schwarzenegger. A plain, dark villain who uses technology to his advantage (much like Batman). Have Freeze's weapons more realistic and less showy.

Clayface, imo, isn't much of a possibility. Especially with Sandman in Spider-Man 3. It just seems repetitive to have another comic-book film with a shape shifter made out of earth. Besides. Clayface isn't exactly realistic either... ;)

Neither is Man-Bat, but his EXTREMELY dark plot can quite counter that. Same with Killer Croc (whom I've never really been a huge fan of)... and with Spider-Man 4 coming out with Lizard, Killer Croc will become a bit repetitive.

I want this:

Maybe not for Nolan's trilogy, but someday...but not that belt.

I, honestly, doubt that will work ^.

Batman seems to me to be more high-tech than that. Not as high tech as Schumacher's, but yet, high tech. Even B89 was more high tech. I say Batman needs to be more than cloth and a cape.

It may have worked better as his first costume ever used in Batman Begins. And then later upgrade to a more high-tech one... but not this far into the game.

Besides, why would a millionaire choose a costume so... plain?

I want Catwoman in the third. And no cheesey villians. No Robin.

Catwoman in the Scarecrow type role... with about double the screen time... Harvey Dent as the main villain... Penguin in the Falcone type role.

I understand what you mean about it not looking techy. I just want to see something a little more classic. I like the TDK suit allot but, IMO, it's way to busy and emphasizes the wrong things. It's Batman, But I doesn't wow me. I agree that manip is fairly bland, I mostley liked it for the bodysuit design and the collared cape. The bodysuit kinda looks like its armored underneath. I'm not for an all cloth costume, but with the subtle armor showing through I think it works.

i want Nolan to obviously finish his trilogy, cuz he kinda owes heath, himself, and us fans. TwoFace, catwoman in the third film. end the trilogy on a good note - dont kill
2face and resolve how the joker ends up, either dead or in arkham, i prefer he'd be in arkham.

wait maybe 6 to 8 years till we start up the serious batman franchise again - maybe in between WB can do some adaptations on some of the batcomics: arkham asylum/DKR/killing joke/etc...
someone mentioned on the boards a GCPD live action tv show, i thought this would be pretty cool - maybe cameo by bats. it should be dark like a cross between "law and order" "se7en" "silence of the lambs" and "BatmanBegins"

after this period WB should sign on a new director or Nolan(i doubt it) completely recast cuz the sad fact is people age...retire...die. still keep this realism idea but get a director that is fresh as nolan was with an idea/vision for the next trilogy. in this new trilogy it be cool if we saw new villians or redisigned villians like Freeze(much...much darker)
i'd also like to see robin(age 13) in the first of the trilogy and a very well scripted death of his parents by boss zucco NOT 2face.

A few years after Nolan's series is complete, I'd like to see a vintage Batman film set in the 1930's, using 1930's technology, style and look, made almost in the style of Film Noir to give it that sort of classic movie look. I think something like that would be a breath of fresh air into the character instead of reinventing him again and setting him in the present days as the last two series have done. Something like that would be interesting.

^it be interesting - all i really want is not a crappy version of Batman

I want to see Harvey Bullock, Montoya, a more complete Bat Cave, Batman build up a rogues gallery situation, Batman the scientist, and I'll add some more later.

I want to see Harley Quinn show up somewhere down the line played by either Christina Ricci or Helena Bonham Carter. I agree to those who have said they want Catwoman and Two-Face to make an appearance.

i want a coin in the bat cave.

mr. freeze done right, like to see nolans take on him.

the riddler done in a way sort of like the joker just less psycotic. i think it could work.

Catwoman as a theif and not a psycho, with her own henchman
Penguin having meetings by a rooftop pool
Two-Face riding in armoured vintage cars and limousines
Joker breaking out with a doctor he puts in a Harlequins costume
A torture cell and a prison in the bat-cave
An orphan at the circus
END

Bullock
Harly Quinn
Catwoman
Scarecrow in a full costume
A complete Batcave

Scarecrow looking as ragged as he did at the end of Begins. Killer Croc taking the TLH/DV role of Solomon Grundy. Two-Face inciting a war between the freaks and the mob in an attempt to wipe out both factions. Freeze as a hired gun who uses his freezing technology for a quick, clean kill.

Selina Kyle / Catwoman

Dick Grayson / Robin
- Nightwing actually...

introduced in the third Nolan Bat-movie.

The third film should be set in the Wild Wild West or in Ancient Japan or something. Maybe 1800's Gotham, mix it up a little, make it interesting you know.

I want the third one to be a total mafia war between Two-Face, Sal Maroni/Carmine Falcone/other, and new comming Black Mask. At this period of time I would like to see a complete batcave, possibly Catwoman if all ties in, and just anything else I can't come to think of right now. I'd also like to see a Mr. Freeze story and possibly a Riddler one too. I'll let you all know if I got anything else. :word: :brucebat:

Robin's suit could be a really dark red similar to what some ninjas supposedly wore that would blend into the night. Black Cape, and if the domino mask wouldnt work, maybe just a cowl but lacking the ears or something.

He doesnt have to be too showy.

You know how Batman Begins typically was washed out with orange color? And how The Dark Knight is shaping up to be washed out in a blueish tint? Since Two-Face will be the main baddy in BM3 then why not have a red washed out look? It'd be risky considering Batman and Robin... and I imagine the reason TDK won't be washed out in green is because of "Forever"...
