World Think I just watched the inspiration for the Lizard character....

An old 1959 movie called THE ALLIGATOR PEOPLE starring Beverly Garland and Lon Chaney Jnr, about a scientist in the bayou swamps who uses alligator serum to try and cure people who have lost limbs or been horribly mangled in car and plane wrecks, only the serum of course has deadly side effects causing the victims to turn into upright, menacing lizard men!

Great cheesy stuff, some Spidey fans may be aware of this film but those who aren't and love the the Lizard (like I do) it would be worth checking out just to see the comparisons...

Haha wow. I remember watching this, I saw like the very end. I didn't even draw that comparison, some spider-fan I am.
