Oh yeah, and Quentin Tarantino so bit off of Xena for his The Bride/Beatrix Kiddo character in Kill Bill :whatever:

Your just joking about he Tarantino thing right. There really isn't that much of a similarity.

I would love to see a Xena movie. It'll have to be done by Raimi. Maybe he'll be able to include her in Clash of the Titans.
And there really is no similarity between Xena and the Bride. The Bride is out for revenge, Xena is out for redemption.

bring on the warrior princess

That would be kind of impossible to due since Xena died in the finale. :(

I'd love a Xena movie. Why not?

They ARE making a Xena film, funded by the fans I believe.....

- Both know pressure points
- Both use a similar style in combat
- Both escaped death (Beatrix being shot in the head, Xena being crucified with her legs broken by Julius Caesar)
- Similar characters (Ellen Driver/Callisto, for example)
- Similar personalities

And Tarantino said himself that he was a fan of Xena, and it [as well as other female oriented action mediums] influenced his work. He even got the second stunt woman from X:WP for Uma Thurman.

what about Hercules?

**** Hercules.

Big heroes are always resurrected. Hal Jordan was, as was Kirk and Thor. Captain America will be resurrected in a few years or months too.

That's what Tarantino does. He finds stuff he likes, and adds his twist to them. Pretty much all of Hollywood does that. Xena is pretty much a clone of Wonder Woman, who is the copy of other strong female characters in literature before her, just given superpowers.

Oh God no. lol Xena is nothing, I mean NOTHING like Wonder Woman (and you have no idea how much I hate people insisting that she is).

What are the similarities?

Blue eyes and jet black hair.

The end.
