This is Chopper Dave's made-for-TV movie: Blades of Vengeance. See, he's a helicopter pilot by day, but by night he fights crime... as a werewolf.

i want to have some of us change our avvys to the sealab cast and have all of us post the corresponding lines from der dieb in order.

I have a Murphy avvy that I used forever ago.

Big Bang Theory? The Community? Gilmore Girls?

Eh, I have no interest in BBT. Community I tried to get into. And Gilmore Girls, well I already own the box set.

you heard the man! (well, about the gilmore girls part anyway)

yeah, i know nothing about java except how to incorporate and tweek already written stuff into my website, but I'm pretty awesome at CSS if you need helped or any questions answered.

400 pages is a lot… that's so cool!
:funny: As my bf and my dad will attest (since they're both programmers), Java and Javascript are VERY different things. So they won't let me interchange the two terms.

Yeah I've gotten that point with Jquery, which is actually very very cool. Once I get this over with I might learn more Jquery so I can make some kickass portfolio pages. Or something. You can do some things with Jquery that looks like Flash, which I like because I think Flash is WAY overused these days.

What's scary is that I want to do a zoomable and pannable Gotham map, like what Google Maps does. It's definitely possible with Javascript, but I have nooo idea how I'd go about doing it. :funny: I mean, Google has a whole team of very talented and intelligent programmers and I'm just me. My bf thinks I can totally figure it out though. :funny:

CSS is actually pretty easy, you just have to understand how to nest and position divs. It's fun too since I can change something then refresh to see what changed. :funny:

Yeah, almost 400 pages is what I came up with after doing content inventory. And the sites where we uploaded photos to (RDK, GCN) are aspx pages that link to html pages in a manner I can't figure out. And there's 1000 pages just to RDK alone. I might give up and just link to it directly (and hope that 42E don't take it down like the IBIHD site is gone) rather than actually doing a site mirror. We'll see how sick I get of this. :funny:

She's fantastic. Tomorrow is three months on the dot.
Cute!

My roommate has gotten REALLY into BBT, but I just cannot get over the laugh track. I guess I just hate sitcoms. I hate being told when to laugh. It must be genetic because my sister agrees. :funny:

I'm FINALLY getting into The Wire and I'm only into the 5th episode of the first season but OMG it's amazing. And hilarious too, but I find that sort of absurd humor right up my alley.

Reading Anita's post just made me remember RDK and how our photo was right near the top. Wow, long, long time ago.

lol, crap, i knew that about Java and Javascript, old habits die hard!

yeah, CSS is simple, but wildly cool. I'll have to learn Jquery eventually, maybe after i brush up on HTML5.

does google provide tools to make maps like that? I feel like i've seen LOTR maps and such with that same programming

I agree also that that laugh cue is annoying and insulting.
The Wire? *not a big tv watcher*
