Uhh... Why would you think Spidey or Venom would be like this character, when the character is clearly ripping off Spider-Man to begin with? But he isn't displaying any abilities unique to Venom. He's just doing acrobatics.

UHH......BECAUSE THE CHARACTER IS IN A BLACK COSTUME, HAS "SPIDEY-LIKE" EYES, MOVES LIKE SPIDEY, AND HAS SOME SORT OF PROJECTILE BLAST CAPABILITY IN HIS HANDS, SIMILAR TO SPIDEY'S WEB BLASTS. OTHER THAN THAT, NO REASON AT ALL.

FOR THE RECORD, NOBODY'S QUESTIONING THE ORIGINALITY OF THIS 'MERCURY MAN' CHARACTER. I JUST THOUGHT PEOPLE WOULD ENJOY SEEING SOMETHING, THAT IF YOU BLUR YOUR VISION SLIGHTLY, WOULD GIVE YOU AN IDEA (BEYOND THE FANMADE TEASERS) OF WHAT SYMBIOTE SPIDEY COULD LOOK LIKE IN THE MOVIE. I'M SORRY YOU DON'T APPROVE, 'DRAGON'.

It's not a difference of opinion when no one has seen any picture, footage or drawing of Venom, yet hate it. That's not an opinion thats insanity. Once footage leaks out and then the hatred starts, at least I can understand it. You can't hate something you havn't seen.

He didn't say it looks better than 'Venom'. He said it looks better than the 'black costume'... and that we've seen.

You have absolutely no right to tell people at what point they can form an opinion about something. You can ignore their opinion (and I suggest you do given what I've just seen), but you have no business telling them they can't form one until YOU say it's okay.

And all he's doing is standard Asian-fighting flick acrobatics. So why on Earth would you assume that Spider-Man or Venom in a 250 million dollar film would compare to the lo-tech stuntwork from this movie?

1. Your thread title is BS, and alludes to a connection between this film and Spidey 3 that doesn't remotely exist.

2. The thread has nothing to do with Spider-Man 3, let alone Spider-Man 3 spoilers. Just because someone in Thailand decided the wanted to make a movie ripping off Spider-Man doesn't make it relevant to Spider-Man 3.
