    Holy crap. :wow:

It's GOTTA be Thanos-related. Maybe The Collector is actually working *for* Thanos, and is collecting cosmic artifacts for The Mad Titan. Like....The Gauntlet.

Or maybe....just maybe....BDT as "The Collector" *is* just smoke and mirrors, and he's actually Thanos himself, as a lot of us believed all along.

Either way, it's pretty cool. I suspected Thor and GotG would be connected somehow.

I wouldn't. The only thing worse than making a horse-faced copy of Thor is to have him beat Thor, making the original even more washed out. That's on my list of all time bad moments in comics.

As someone said in a previous thread the whole worthiness thing got out of hand when more people than Thor could wield Mjolnir (not counting Odin of course).

I just like the storyline of BRB needing to save his people via the Mjolnir. It can be tweaked so that Thor doesn't lose his uniqueness in the MCU. I mean I'm the same guy arguing against Cap wielding the Mjolnir in other threads.

I like how Clive channels Tywin when he's asked about Loki's chances of making it through the movie.

The Collector is most certainly smoke and mirrors, but it's not Thanos ;)

i dont know whether he is trolling or mentioning working with him in wolfman or acknowledging his appearance in GOTG, can't really tell if he is right about the cameo.

I agree. It's not totally clear that he's still talking about TDW at that point in the video. It's likely, but not conclusive.

    Oh really??
I've always liked Cap being able to lift it, isn't he worthy?
always thought it should be limited to Thor, Odin, and Bill, but Cap would only pick it up if s**t was so serious that Thor was unable and the fate of the world came down to him.

The Collector might not necessarily be involved with Thanos (much less BE Thanos himself) beyond the former having a McGuffin than the latter desires and wishes to procure, ala The Infinity Quest.

Mr. Wardell did talk of the MoE, and now it's looking somewhat likely.. and he did talk of Immortus and "Kang" being talked about...perhaps Del Toro's Collector is Immortus in disguise, trying to take the IG, or gems, and manipulate the timelines, trying to keep Thanos from destroying everything?

I fear the crazy LokiD styled "speculation" that this thread may turn into now.

So how much screen time do we think Loki's gonna get? He had a pretty big role in the first movie, obviously Avengers. Do you think he is sort of going to be somewhat minor due to not wanting to overuse him?

I'm not sure how they're going deal with scenes showing Thor and Loki returning to Asgard post-Avengers, but my guess is that it will take some time to reach the point where Thor goes to Loki in his prison cell. And then Loki will probably be visible for a lot of the rest of the movie, from the Jane/Thor/Loki road trip onwards. The reason for the road trip is so they can give both Jane and Loki screen time without having to cut away to each of them separately, so from that point he'll probably be there sniping in the background.
