As of the 9th the ww Box is at $429,229,508

Thor has done very well.:awesome:
All that's left is hopefully topping X3's WW total.

I'm hoping it tops Wolverine's $179M domestic. Lets show the runt

I hope it can get to $184.1M domestic so it's ahead of both Wolverine & Batman Forever(unadjusted) and get to at least $459.4M WW to eclipse X3. I don't see anything else CBM related that it can realistically have a shot at topping.

I don't see any way it can get there at this point.

Hi im a big thor and xmen (rogue first, i also like blink obviously, hoping she makes an appearance in future x films, i think her powers are good visuals for action scenes, photon, moondragon, hellcat, M, and penance/hollow,) fan. im hoping thor would at least make 450 M worldwide and 190 domestic, i wonder why theyre not updating in uip its more than 258.4 M OS, and i think it hasnt even been shown in Japan yet.

Nope, Japan hasn't seen it yet. Not until July.
Not sure why they're not updating.

Wait, it hasn't been released in Japan yet? That alone should push it to over $500mil or pretty close to it

definitely japan is a big boost, black swan i think made 21 M dollars there, and im sure Thor will make more than that, pirates made more than 62 M I think so far.

i remember the guy who plays hogun is japanese, hope it will attract some of the people who have had no plans to watch it or not familiar with it.

Its funny, we were talking about how Thor would come in at the bottom of the blockbusters this summer. Seeing it outpace Super 8 and Kung Fu Panda is very satisfying. I'm still down about how listless First Class' box office is though.

Thor has a good chance at cracking the top 10 of the year, definite for top 20 though. Only Green Lantern, Cap, Cars 2, Cowboys and Aliens, Transformers and Harry Potter out of the Summer movies really have a chance at joining The Hangover, Pirates and Fast 5 in that year end chart.

Japan doesn't get Thor until July 2nd. Keep in mind they did have that Earthquake. They more than likely won't be bringing in the sales they normally would either, but yeah it's possible the sales from Japan will bring up the sales.

It's probably why he's the only one of Warriors III to get a poster.

:D Isn't it GREAT? hehehe Still waiting on my bro to see it. He and his Fiance were supposed to see it at that drive-inn but with work and finding a baby sitter for my niece it's rough for them to get out.

heh My bro's up north of Chicago. I'd love to sit my niece because my kids are up there too. 13 hours is a bit to drive for baby sitting. :D

You're leaving out Sherlock Holmes 2 and Mission Impossible 4.
