    Finished on time to hit the Zombie Ball in Austin TX. Had a blast and got tons of compliments and photo requests. Hoping to get more pics up soon...

    Wow, that is one of the better Thor fan costumes I've seen. Is that leather built up on a differnt garment?

    NEVERMIND, saw your step by step on the previous page. Well done, looks very much like leather.

    DUDE! Your costume is unreal! Easily the best fan-made Thor costume Ive seen!

    Im almost embarrassed to post these after seeing yours but heres my attempt at a movie "inspired" suit for Halloween:

    I decided to do the "discs" with LED push lights (didnt photograph too well but looks good in person :) )

    I'm just kidding, dude. It looks cool. I bet it looks awesome in silhouette w/the helmet and lights.

    Looks cool even thow I hate glowing discs! Are those actually lighting up or just reflecting light? The close up looks like there is a diode in the disc or something.

    They are LEDs,I wanted them to have the glowing effect of the "Ultimates" Thor (sacrilege I know!! lol)

    haha I wouldve added that lil detail but sadly my budget didnt stretch that far...actually the whole thing only cost me £3 to make (it probably shows too:oldrazz:)
