I was kinda glad this was introduced into the movie, because I thought it was very interesting. Wish it was kinda talked about a little bit more.

But from what I gather, this is where everyone falls?

I thought Jean/Pheonix was the only class 5 mutant? Mystique is more than a 3. She can change to ANY MUTANT!!

i couldnt figure out what that level 5 level 4 was about, all i know if is that there are Omega levels and Alpha levels

Only the form, not the power.

Her "leg-manship" is quite dangerous though.

wolverine just with healing powers hmmm i dono if hes only a three unless this is proved in the comics or something.

in the movie he healed reallly fast and he also has heightened sences and stuff basically he cant die so id place him at a 4.

Yea, Mystique can't take other mutants powers, just their form.

And sorry I said Levels, in the movies, they call them "Class". And I thought Kitty was a Class 3 mutant cause she could sense stuff on a molecular level. It was explained like that in the book.

Mystique can change her shape to look like almost anyone, she has a decent healing ability due to her shape shifting powers though no where near Logans levels. She can mimic the appearance, clothes, an voice of whomever she wants but not the powers. She could concievably get the drop on Magneto and kill him but i wouldn't say she was at the same power level as he.

You're ignoring Mystique's martial art skills, not to mention gunmanship. Even Wolverine couldn't touch her.

Mystique can only imitate peoples appearance and voice not their powers. She is probably low down on the mutant power scale i would have liked them to refer to Jean as omega level but i guess none comic book fans wouldn't have got that as much as numbers.

My take on Class 5 mutants, if its the same as in the comics, is that they can survive as raw energy alone, or something to that effect.

I don't think her skills that she learned really count. Although her martial arts makes her more deadly, I think the class thing only calculates the level she can achieve just from her powers alone.

Rogue (May not seem like it, but potentially she is the most badass)
Collosus (The movie didnt show it but this man is a powerhouse)

Wolvie (his healing factor makes him nearly unkillable, im tempted to make him a 4)

Callisto (maybe a 3)

I agree with you. Mystique's mutant ability alone would put her somewhere on the Class 3-4 scale.

But with her martial arts skills and intelligence, she becomes the most deadly mutant ever.

Hey, we're not taking into consideration how even mutants continue their mutations over time. Perhaps Mystique will even be able to copy other mutants' powers with time. That will make her unstoppable.
