I got this from License Magazine in its June issue:

MGM STudios and The Farrelly brothers (There's Something About Mary) will create a new version of the comedy trio with a tentative cast that includes Jim Carrey (Curly), Sean Penn (Larry) and Benicio del Toro (Moe).

I can't see Sean Penn as Larry with Larry's hair. Somebody should try photoshopping his hair w/ Sean Penn's face.
