Title of Classic European Anthem???

I'm trying to think of the title to a classic song used in movies, tv shows, commercials, etc... It's very "industrial revolution" sounding. There's a "hammer-to-anvil" type crashing every other note from the cymbals. It's full on orchestra-esque, but there is also a chorus singing(chanting?) in a foreign language, either Russian or German I believe.
