The marketing campaign has already started, and everyone knows how Fox use to be with the promotion of their movies...

so...

Who wouldnt want any more spoilers until the release of the movie?

and a better question:

Who does think is strong enough to avoid all the future photos/trailer/spots?

If anyone plans to be strong, this is your thread, and all the support will be welcome! :woot:

Well to be fair I really know nothing about this movie...

Yeah I dont feel theres been too much info released. Those pics and posters dont give that much away and we've only been given a teaser. Im up for more.

But I was talking about all the promo that will come in the next months.

You know we'll be getting plenty of photos and spots, like with the previous movies.

Oh yeah Im down for all that, especially with that last pic released. I want more. I just noticed theres not a non spoiler forum, why is that?

none wants to be fully surprised with the movie?

Well, once you go see the movie it will last about two hours and then you're done.

Getting a few pictures, video promos and other teasers every now and then until the movie is released is a good way to prolong the whole experience in my view.

So yes, I plan to consume every single little spoiler they throw out until the big night. I just hope that there's no real leak like there was for the Wolverine movie.

I agree with chaseter I dont really know much about this movie and I can't see that changing within the next few months leading up to its release. But most likely I will have a cut off period from all the interviews, tv spots and photos but thats more to keep me from over hyping it.

didnt you see X3 knowing almost all the scenes and fights that were going to be in the movie?

It was my worst experience in the threatre. I didnt enjoy the film really.

So I think if I stop here, and dont see any more photos and spots, and go to the theatre without any more info/image in my mind, I will looooooooooove the movie much much more.

Fox usually gets a little too insane with promos. You end up knowing the entire film before release.

Thankfully we know so little about First Class. I'd like to keep it that way, so I'll watch the next trailer, but then I'll probably avoid every TV spot if I can.

yeah, be ready to have 20 more photos from the movie at the very least.

and probably 6 tv spots.

Prior to X3 coming out Fox released, in various places, a total of 20 minutes worth of scenes. Considering the length of that movie, we had seen almost a third of the movie, and thanks to the spoilerific trailers, we definitely knew the plot of the whole movie.

It'd be nice if they left the promos to a maximum of 3 trailers and a handful of photos. I don't want to see storylines being formed from a giveaway trailer, nor do I want to watch entire scenes on a car website.

It'd even be nice if there is a twist or something, and we're ALL unaware of it, but to be honest as a prequel we already have some stories pre-determined.

Im planning to leave the x-men boards soon.... and all the news about the film.

I will put the focus on another movies, in the wait, like Thor and Cap. and reading more x-men comics, so the wait wont be as hard.

I am going all out on this one. I don't care if I get spoiled as I am not as jazzed about this roster as I have been about others in the past. :)

Well, anyone who is avoiding spoilers would probably be avoiding the [BLACKOUT]SPOILER[/BLACKOUT] forum.

yeah, but again, not all of us are strong enough

:)

I will avoid the new trailer and future tv spots.

I havent watched the new trailer yet!

I want to see new things, but at the same time I want to be surprised with all the new shots when I see the movie on the theatre.

Glad Banshee really flies, but Ill try to be strong and dont see it yet.

It will be difficult to avoid some caps here and there :S
