I could see Ray Park's Toad finding some way of taking out Topher Grace's Venom. EsPecially if he knew about his weakness to loud vibrations. If not an actual battle, at least those movie counterparts are a serious case of "upgrade vs downgrade". I mean really, it's Darth Maul versus Eric Foreman!
