My only experience with MacFarlane's work is reading about five issues of Spawn, and they sucked. I actually enjoyed them less than All-Star Batman.

Is anything else he's done better than that?

I actually liked the Spawn cartoon more than both the live-action movie (dur!) and the comic itself.

Hmm wonder what his cartoon is about. He must have made his deal based on the other propertys that CartoonNetwork gained from image.
