I don't think movies tend to keep their "main" villain under wraps. That's one of the selling points of the film.

If there is another villain, I doubt he/she would be the main villain.

I have strong faith like the norm that Catwoman and Bane are our main villains, I don't really want anything more.

Bane is the main villain, Catwoman is an anti-heroine, Ra's al Ghul is either a cameo or a small role and Talia al Ghul won't be in the movie. Seems to be the most logical based on the info we have.

And Tom Hardy will rock as Bane!

I would doubt Bane as the main villain if it were anyone other than Hardy playing him. I think his performance could be enough to carry Bane as the only villain if he had too.

It would be incredibly cliche, but I could see Bane going down in some sort of 'I accept that my opponent has risen and bested me, so my journey (life) is complete' way. He'll have the opportunity to save himself, but he'll let himself die. But then, I haven't read any of the comic arcs featuring Bane, so such a thing might go against his character completely.

I can't remember what they did with Bane when Azrael beat him in Knightfall.

Catwoman won't and/or shouldn't die. That's dumb. She might get arrested, which would be fine, but she won't die.

Bane, it's iffy.

Right now, I'd prefer if Bane lived. Batman standing over his beaten but still breathing body, with Batman panting himself, but still glorious. A true victory. But we'll see.

Perhaps Batman will give Bane the choice to live and Bane refuses, and Batman doesn't try to stop him, and just respects what Bane wants. Even better, Batman still saves him in the end anyway, because he knows in the end, it's right still. But again, we'll see where Batman's journey takes him.

I like this idea of him still alive but defeated although I won't complain either if he died.

I like the idea better myself. Although it could come off as a Rocky like moment. Hell, they need to be careful of that.

But imagine if there was no music at all to the defeat. For some reason, I always imagine their final showdown at the Prewitt Building.

I don't know if it's what you meant or not, but a music free final battle would be incredible. One of my favourite comic book movie scenes is when the Green Goblin is kicking the **** out of Spider-Man. No score, just a few seconds of hard, sickening thumps, a couple of screams, and pained moaning. Seeing that brutal stuff recreated in TDKR would be fantastic. (Though perhaps it would be better suited to the potential 'Bat breaking' scene.)

Raimi did the same in Spider-Man 2 with the Doc Ock hospital massacre scene. No music in it at all just pure brutal violence. Far more brutal than the Goblin fight, IMO.

Yup, it's a true testament to the sound effects. I sometimes forget how brutal the Goblin fight is.
