This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]373323[/split]
What's not to get about one of the three best villains of the century?
For Bane in The Dark Knight Rises so far it seems he'll be more than just a physical challenge for Batman.
I think you can distill it done to one word: pain.

Bane has the following and toughness of Rah's, and the calculation and evil of The Joker. He is the combination of both villains, and then some. Toughest villain yet.
Considering Bane has been on the CIA's, NSA's, FBI's, DOD's, etc radar, I wonder if he's been wreaking havoc (organizing uprisings and coups) in Third World countries.
Or it could just be because he's the head of the LOS, the same organization that carried out a chemical terrorist attack on American soil. I really like your idea, though.
Yeah, that comes through even his body language. This is a guy of much hubris, which could be his undoing. And he might be more arrogant than both of them. "You have my permission to die." Love it.
Only Bruce knew about the League.
Bane's going to regret that. He should have killed him when he had the chance. And he might be more arrogant than both of them. "You have my permission to die." Love it.

A little investigating by the authorities should turn up the LOS's involvement.
it seems the criminal underworld knew (or heard) of LOS quite well. They must've spilled some beans to the authorities.Hat would only work if the League existed as an actual organisation. Not a group of nomads turned ninjas.
Also, they're ninjas, they can't be found, they find you.
He does, but he's closer to the camera. It's still up in the air, they're avoiding showing him standing next to other people.I gotta say, Bane does look a bit taller than Batman in the shot of the trailer on the stairs. And he's below Batman.
