onw question aboUt the new series invincible iron man in the books opening storyline[BLACKOUT]obediath stanes son plots to takeover stark enterprises andruin him[/BLACKOUT]but how can this be if tony's the director of SHIELD
wouldn't tony have to turn control of S.E. over to its board of directore for the duration of his tenure as shield director?

His company and he could do as he pleases with it. Tony has probably found ways to keep the Board at minimal power as possible.
