Much as I enjoyed Companion and The Monkey, I don't know if I'd put them on my best of the year list, but I can see both Black Bag and Sinners lasting as my favorites.

Time to start the list, as I have finally seen 5 movies.

1. Sinners. Kind of a no brainer.
2. Companion. Just a wonderful horror film, even if you know the twist before hand. Somewhat ruined Boimler in ST: Lower Decks.
3. The Monkey. A hilarious Final Destination. Plus, Maslany. Just kind of hilarious.
4. Holland. Had to watch, as it was filmed in the general area I grew up in. And yeah, they nailed Holland. It goes to some weird places, though.
5. Death of a Unicorn. Pretty enjoyable, if not great.
