Superman Returns Top 10 Superhero Scenes

I agree with that (about SR at least). Probably my favourite scene, the Superman's speech reached the original one greatness.

Interesting list. This list is purely about emotional impact scenes. Most people only think of action in comic films.

I'm not an X-Men movie fan or Superman Returns so those ring pretty hollow for me. The 'Entourage' thing is funny, but since it's not real it shouldn't be on the list.

At least they got #1 , #2, and #3 right.

the Superman franchise gets two in (Superman '78 and SR) and Batman only gets one in? and Spiderman gets three?

arent they a little biased?;)

That was an awesome and emotional scene in SR, good choice!

it's the dancing. Superman needs to get some moves, that's what. :whatever:

Spiderman shouldnt be #1 maybe in the top 3 but i agree on S:TM quote... everytiem i watch it i smile like im 4 years old all over again... i dont know why but theres something bout reeve that is just well Superman, dont get me wrong i think ROuth did a fine job but Reeve is SUPERMAN, it will take at least another generation of movies to possibly knock him off the pedistill

that list sucks!

and Spider-Man 2 should not be #1.
the best scenes are from the Superman movies.

superman falling down to earth is an amazing emotional scene to me.

and this is way off topic, but i wasnt sure if a thread had been made about it or not, but when lois whispers to superman that jason is his son, does jason hear, seeing as he has his fathers powers?i just saw the movie (again) and i never thought about it til i just saw this scene for the 50th time lol. maybe i should make a thread for this

"The movie begins with Superman’s failed search for Krypton. It ends with a different lesson: Krypton lives."

niiice

That list is terrible. And that's not just my inner Batfan talking.

I agree, love that scene, i have to watch it in silence every time

I personally dont think so, as, if you remember, Superman himself didnt gain all of his Super powers straight away, they developed over time. But it is a possibility i'll give you that.

how does spiderman2 get to scenes in the top three.

edit: Entourage is not a supehero movie it a tv show, and the OB gets one scene and it not my fav my fav is when jokers at the museum.

I thought for sure the scene where where Lauren German castrates Roger Bart and feeds it to a dog from Hostel 2 would get a spot.oh well:csad:

You must be joking:huh:

'89's Batman is chock full of scenes worthy of nomination.

I would have included the reveal from "Batman Begins" on that list, where he's perched on the roof, about to fly away...and Rachel asks for his name. "It's not what I am underneath...but what I do that defines me." Such a great moment. :)

I'm also rather disappointed that none of the Turtles' movies made it onto that list. One of my favorite scenes was from the 1990 film, where Splinter confronts the Shredder.

That list seems very close minded to me. It's as if the reviewer has only seen a small amount of superhero films.

It's not like these lists are any official or definitive.
