Does anyone know where toxin is? Has he been killed? Does anyone know of any possible future plans for him? I thought he was a kicka$$ character and I think great things could possibly come from this character.

No, he is talking about:

oops! well all what I no about Toxin is that he is stronger than venom and carnage combind. check more of is history at marvel.com.

I love Toxin, I liked him in Venom vs Carnage and in the mini-series. I think there was a thread made back in the day dedicated to him, I think I might of been the one to make it. I can't remember, but I don't feel like bumping a really old thread.

Toxin rules.

I've got the Venom vs Carnage tpb and the Toxin tpb & I loved them, toxin is an awesome character. I heard that he was in an issue or two of the New Avengers. Is this correct?

I also liked Toxin. I hope they come out with some new books starring him. That would be cool if he was in a couple issues of New avengers. Like your Avatar, Wolvenom2099.

I think I heard a rumor of him being brought into the "Brand New Day" series, but at this stage it is just a rumor.

I think that that would be amazing because as far as I know he is the only symbiote not trying to kill Spiderman.

is this thread dead?
Echo..........

I love Toxin!
To find out more about him go to YouTube and type in Toxin 101.

Toxin's still in New York along with every other superhero in the world. Be nice if he found his own place. He's mostly been forgotten about, sadly, just like his predecessor, Hybrid (another good symbiote). This is probably because he never had any memorable villains, they only gave him the bottom of the barrell.

I thought Toxin cam before Hybrid.

I heard from a friend that he was killed off and that they were only going to hint at his death in an upcoming Spidey comic. But i'm glad to see that story is debunked. I enjoyed Toxins' run. To me, he was a very promising character....A cop getting the symbiote...GOLD MINE!!:woot:

You can say the same thing about Hybrid...

...an African-American man (instead of it always being a white male) bonds with 4 symbiotes (instead of the usual one)...AWESOME!

And we saw how far he got...back-up stories and then comicbook limbo.

The status of Toxin is that he's in New York and has reunited with his wife and child. Whether or not she took him back after discovering his secret is unknown. Other than the creator of Toxin, Peter Milligan (and Toxin's real name is Patrick Mulligan...not a coincidence), no one else seems to want to write about Toxin...or Carnage...or Eddie Brock's Venom...

Well that sucks. Eddie Brock's Venom is the best one, and the only one I care about. Toxin and Carnage are pretty cool too.

I don't know why they don't want to. There are so many things they can do with those characters and quite frankly, I hope they do.

what I liked about Toxin in the miniseries, is that it was a lot about fatherhood, because Patrick Mulligan became a father, and some sort of father for the Toxin symbiote, and I thought that that parallelism was great and had potential for some nice stories

You'll find Hybrid's origins as the back-up stories of "Venom: Along Came a Spider". Just so long as you revert from reading "Venom: Along Came a Spider".
