Sequels Trailer Ideas/Concepts

The title pretty much says it all, but I'll be a bit more elaborate.

The idea of the thread is to create any type of trailer (teaser or theatrical) for any confirmed or rumoured X-Men sequels or spinoffs (Wolverine, Magneto, Emma Frost, X-Kids, etc.).

I'll kick it off with this teaser trailer idea for X-Men 4 (crossing my fingers).

SHOT OF BOLIVIR TRASK AND THE PRESIDENT INSIDE THE OVAL OFFICE. BOLIVIR THROWS A FILE ONTO THE PRESIDENT'S DESK. THE PRESIDENT'S FACE IS SOLEMN AS HE LOOKS OUT THE WINDOW, SILENTLY.

- MAGNETO (VO): Humanity has staked their claim, and we must do the same. The long-awaited war has finally begun...and it is time that...

MAGNETO IS SEEN STANDING IN THE SEWERS, FLANKED BY MANY MORLOCKS.

OMEGA RED, WORKING WITH MILITARY SOLDIERS, HURLS WOLVERINE ELSEWHERE.

- WOLVERINE: AHHHHH!!!!!

TEXT: NOW IS THE TIME

IN A FOG-FILLED AREA, KITTY ALLOWS FOR A SPEEDING BUS TO PASS RIGHT THROUGH HER.

STORM RISES UP INTO THE AIR, CLOUDS GATHERING AROUND HER.

BEAST STANDS IN FRONT OF CONGRESS, IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEBATE.

WOLVERINE SLASHES HIS WAY THROUGH SOLDIERS AT THE MANSION, BACKED UP BY COLOSSUS.

AT THE OVAL OFFICE, THE PRESIDENT YELLS AT BOLIVIR TRASK.

AN EXPLOSION SENDS AUTOMOBILES HURLING INTO THE AIR.

ROGUE LOOKS OUT THE WINDOW OF HER DEPARTING TRAIN.

ICEMAN FREEZES A BARRAGE OF BULLETS IN MIDAIR.

STORM IS SENT HURLING OVER A STARTLED EMMA FROST.

MUSIC STOPS...INTENSITY DIES.

A SQUAD OF SENTINELS FLY OVER HEAD.

- WOLVERINE (VO): What now?

MUSIC/INTENSITY RETURNS

the whole idea of the war i think came and went with x3. i'd like it to return to mutant vs mutant with a cliffhanger ending of the sentinals. Also i like the amount of rogue- i get the hint that she would play a big part in your ideas.I like the intensity. i will put my idea up soon- need to find the time though.

I really liked your trailer. And with new characters, like Emma, Omega Red, Gambit... I think that would be wicked to see!

Then, words fill the screen:

Emma stands at the front door of her house, her eyes widening in shock...

TEXT: OF A GIRL

In a classroom, Emma looks solemnly out the window. She turns back to her work…

TEXT: BECOMING

Emma kneels beside a dead woman’s body, crying…

TEXT: A WOMAN.

In a blurry of sound and lighting:
-An explosion destroys the school
-A cloaked figure throws a knife at the screen
-Emma is in a cave, looking scared, when something leaps at her

- EMMA (V.O.): I will never join you.

An adult Emma dances in white on a stage in a packed night club. She smiles at one male patron in particular, who smiles back.

- SHADOW KING (V.O.): You don’t have a choice.

Emma, now in full diamond form, kicks down a door.

Then cut to a library. A man stands, trembling, his back pressed against the wall. He faces Emma, who wields a knife.

- MAN: What do you want?

INTERCUT: A missile dives through the air, then launches into a government office in a huge explosion.

- EMMA: I want my life back.

Music stops… intensity dies.

A pair of RED EYES shine in the darkness, accompanied by a sinister laugh.

- SHADOW KING (V.O.): Maybe it’s time we let her loose.

- COLOSSUS LIFTS UP A TRUCK AND THROWS IT INTO THE SKY
- HELLION RAISES HIS ARMS, AND STOPS A SPRAY OF BULLETS IN MID-AIR

COLOSSUS GRABS KITTY BY THE ARM.

- COLOSSUS: Do you love him?

INTERCUT: KITTY LIFTS A HAND TO BOBBY’S CHEEK.

- KITTY: I don’t know.

THE PRESIDENT WALKS THROUGH THE WHITE HOUSE, ACCOMPANIED BY BEAST.

- PRESIDENT (V.O.): How did things get this far?

- ANGEL (V.O.): We’re talking about war, here.

COLOSSUS KNOCKS A GUARD FLYING.

SIRYN LETS OUT A HIGH-PITCHED SCREAM.

ANGEL SWEEPS DOWN FROM THE NIGHT SKY.

- BOLIVAR TRASK (V.O.): There’s nothing you can do.

THEN IT DARKENS, WE SEE THE GROUND SHAKE, THEN GO DARK, THEN SHAKE AGAIN, THEN GO DARK AGAIN, THEN FINALLY A SENTINAL LANDS ON 3 MUTANTS KILLING THEM!! THEN AN ARMY OF SENTINALS FLY ACROSS THE AIR AS THE SENTINAL SIGNALS THEM!!

THEN WE SEE AN UNCONSCIOUS SCOTT, HE LOOKS DEAD UNTIL SOMEONE GIVES HIM A SHOT AND WAKES UP!! THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AS HE GASPS FOR HIS FIRST BREATH IN A LONG TIME!!

WE SEE STORM FLYING QUICKLY THROUGH THE AIR AS LIGHTNING SURROUNDS AS SHE SLAM INTO THE GROUND.

STORM: THE WORLD WHO HATES US NEEDS US AGAIN TEAM!!

BEAST: DUTIES AS X-MEN MUST COME FIRST!!

WE SEE BEAST SWING HIGH IN THE AIR TOWARD A SENTINAL!!

MUSIC BEGINS TO BUILD!!

BOBBY: YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T HAVE A MISSION WITHOUT MR. COOL!!

BOBBY ICESLIDES THROUGH A SENTINAL'S ATTACK THAT ALMOST CRUSHES HIM!!

COLOSSUS: SO WE FIGHT!!

COLOSSUS METALS UP AND PICKS UP 2 MUTANTS IN THE AIR!!

ANGEL: YOU CAN COUNT ME IN!!

ANGEL FLYS AROUND A SENTINAL AS IT ATTACKS.

I only has read the first one, and liked it, but it needs other x-men, I think, specially Angel and Nightcrawler. But was nice reading, although the war idea was in X3 as some has said.

I love it. Those were great ideas to bring some respect back to the X-men movies. I would love to see any of those turn into a blockbuster. Can we expect any scripts anytime soon?

WE SEE APOCALYPSE MARCHING THROW THE STREETS OF NEW YORK, DESTROYING EVERYTHING IN HIS PATH.

TEXT: THEY MUST DEFEAT THE BEING THAT CREATED THEM.

Beast: What makes matters worse is he has his horsemen at his beck and call.

Gambit: Horse what?

WE SEE 4 QUICK ACTION CLIPS OF MAGNETO, MYSTIQUE, PHOENIX, AND ARCHANGEL AS APOCALYPSE' HORSEMAN.

Gambit: This don't look so good.

MUSIC BEGINS

TEXT: THIS SUMMER...

WE SEE SINISTER WALKING DOWN A LONG LINE OF MACHINCE THAT MAKE UP APOCALYSE'S ARMY.

Wolverine: Weren't not just facing Magneto, or any other powerful mutant we've faced, we're facing the reason they exist!

WE SEE WOLVERINE ATTACKING APOCALYPSE, BUT HIM GETTING CRUSH INTO THE GROUND BY APOCALPYSE'S ARM.

TEXT: BE THERE...

Storm: Here we are facing the most powerful mutant ever, and you think it's all about Jean.

WE SEE AN ANGRY STORM ATTACKING PHOENIX, BUT PHOENIX LEVITATES STORM IN THE AIR AND THROWS HER THROW A WALL.

Cyclops: I'm not leaving her with Apocalypse!

TEXT: WHEN THE X-MEN...

MUSIC BUILDS

WE SEE ALL OF THE X-MEN FIGHTING THROUGH APOCALYPSE ARMY, AND THE ARMY OVER POWERING THEM. WE SEE ROGUE AND GAMBIT HOLDING ON TO EACH OTHER WHILE THE ARMY SPEREATES THEM

Gambit: Don't let go of me!

Rogue: Gambit!

WE SEE A SHOT OF THEIR HANDS BREAKING APART. THEN WE HEAR APOCALYPSE LAUGH AND SEE A SHOT OF HIM ON TOP OF A TALL BUILDING.

TEXT: FACE THEIR FINAL BATTLE.

THE MUSIC IS IN FULL BLAST

COLOSSUS THROWS A MACHINE INTO ANOTHER. STORM FORMS HERSELF INTO A POWERFUL TWISTER AND DESTROYS A GROUP OF ENEMIES. MAGNETO IS SEEN CONTROLING WOLVERINE ONCE AGAIN. NIGHTCRAWLER TELEPORTS AND FLIPS INTO A CROWD OF MACHINES. WE SEE SINISTER CHOKING SCARLET WITCH, ARCHANGEL AND ROGUE FIGHTING IN THE SKY, BOBBY CREATING A BLIZZARD THAT FREEEZES EVERYTHING IN SIGHT, GAMBIT FIGHTING MYSTIQUE, JUGGERNUAT BEING KNOCKED THROUGH A ROOF BY APOCALYPSE. BEAST HEADBUDDING AN ENEMY, AND KITTY THROUGH MACHINES.

THEN WE SEE CYCLOPS REACHING FOR AND CALLING FOR JEAN WHO IS BESIDES APOCALYPSE AS APOCALYPSE IS ABOUT TO CRUSH HIM.

Cyclops: Jean...HELP ME!

Apocalypse: The age of Apocalypse has begun!

AS APOCALYPSE SLAMS HIS LARGE FIST INTO CYCLOPS, BLACK OUT!

TEXT: X-men: Dawn of Apocalypse...5-23-15!!

Ok, Ive got one for the Wolverine spin off, I'll post my X-Men 4 one later

Wolverine Spin Off Teaser Trailer:

Black Screen

Stryker (V.O): If you really knew what kind of man you were, the work we did together..

We see wolverines face at this point in X2.

Fades out

Wolverine walks away from the screen towards the Adamantium Fusing Machine, Dog tags in hand.

Stryker (V.O): Your an animal Wolverine, always have been

Music starts to build

Quick shots of Wolverine in a bar fight, while Sabretooth looks on
We see an unknown woman and Logan in an embrace

Logan: I Promise, I'll come back to you. Aint nothin gonna stop me.

We see Sabretooth with his shirt off undergoing some sort of medical while wolverine walks by

Sabretooth: See you on the other side buddy

Gurggling noises and quick flashes of Wolverine underwater in the Adamantion fusing machine. The flashes are accompanied by a Heart Beat. The pace of the heart beat gets quicker until you see wolverines claws pop out of his hand and hear we hear him scream in pain.

Music Hits over drive

Text: When You Cage the Beast...

Wolverine tearing into some guards. Getting thrown through a brick wall. Sabretooth roaring at the camera getting ready to pounce forwards.

Text: The Beast Gets Angry.

Logan: Who am I!

Black for a moment... Music Stops

Scientist: (shakily) T...the Wolverine...

Text: WOLVERINE: WEAPON X

Logan: ARRGHHHHHHHH!!!

Dives towards screen, claws extended then cut to...

we see logan burst through a door to a bar, were sabretooth is sitting.

Logan: Hey Bub... I aint finished with you yet.

END

By the way, Love the Dawn of Apocolaypse one, thats very close to what I had in mind for an Apocolapse movie, only the horsemen were different

Approximately 10 to 15 yrs from now.............




The green and white MPA screen briefly flashes on the screen, followed by a brief appearance of the Columbia Pictures screen and the Marvel trademark screen. The screen goes black...

...Fade in to a wide shot of a large rolling landscape/field filled with tall tan grass. There are people working in the fields.

The next scene is a depiction of hard working middle aged to old men and women doing farm labor. they converse in their native tongue which sounds European. A little girl with a small doll clutched under one harm can also been seen amongst the men and women. Like all children her age she is more interested in playing than working and proves to be an a disruption and distraction to the other workers as she tosses the freshly cut hay into the air playfully. She is admonished by her elders. They gesture for her to go away and play somewhere else. She leaves giggling and gets a playful slap on the rear from a well built boy-ish faced, younger man in dusty overalls. His appearance amongst the older folk is jarring and out of place.

We see the child prancing and playing with her dolly as she walks off into a field of tall grass.

The scene changes to a gray old man riding an even older tractor. The tractor comes to a stop on top of a hill overlooking the rolling fields below. The old man attempts to crawl down from the drivers seat to the ground. Age and clumsiness, gets the better of him and he loses his footing on one of the tractors ladder rungs. In an attempt to prevent his fall he blindly grabs one of the levers on the outide of the tractor. The old man falls from the tractor onto his back. He curses in his native tongue as he attempts to sit up. We here the sound of old metal creak then stop. The old man freezes and stares at the tractor. The sound of old metal creaking again, louder--the old tractor has begun to roll forward. The old man gasps and tries to hurry to his feet, but age gets the better of him once again. The tractor begins to roll out of his reach before he can get ot his feet. We see the old man finally get to his feet. When he does we see his face and the worry that comes over it as a scream reaches his old man lips. He begins to move forward, as he does the camera pans above and behind his shoulder so that we can see what he sees; the old 4-ton tractor barreling down the hillside kicking up dust as it goes...

In the next shot we see an old woman working in the fields, we faintly here the warning cries of the old man who has lost his tractor. The old woman hears him now. She stands and turns in the direction of the yelling. At first the distance bars her old ears from the old mans warning. In the distance we see the old man yelling and pointing at the tractor descending down the hillside. The old woman turns to see what the old man is pointing to...

In the next scene we see an old tractor careening, clearly out of contol, down the hillside. The old woman, now aware of the danger bearing down on the workers in the field begins to yell frantically at the top of her lungs. We see another woman raise her head from the tall grass to see who's yelling only to see the old tractor steam roll by her less than six feet away.

In the next scene a group of men lifting bales of hay into a wagon near a barn like structure somewhat overlooking the fields, have paused to wipe their brow and catch their breath. A younger man with a boyish face, in overalls, clearly out of place amongst the older gentlemen, stands inside the wagon. One of the men suddenly notices something and brushes past his comrades who have their backs to the fields. He utters something in his native tongue and begins yelling and waving his arms as he starts into a jog towards the unsuspecting workers. The other men in the group begin to follow him as they begin to speak urgently amongst themselves. The last man stops and warns the boy in the wagon to stay where he is. The boy watches anxiously as the men, now running, head toward the fields.

We see the little girl with the doll from earlier...she has found a nice flat patch in the tall tan grass to sit and play with her dolly, wholly unaware of the tractor bearing down on her. She hears screaming and yelling. Curious she stands amid the tall grass to see what all the commotion is about. When she stands, we see her small frame from the front. Behind her the hulking tractor is bearing down on her less than 20 yards away. A young man in overalls leaps out from the tall blades of grass in front of the young girl. A frightened and determined look mingled on his face. The girl looks up at him with a smile of familiarity and love. "Piotr!", she says, holding her arms up and out to him. The young man sweeps the child into his muscular arms seconds and swiftly pivots so that his back is to the large tractor, shielding the child. Cut to black.

The date 07-04-17 in a silver font fades onto the screen. Fade to black.

Similar teasers could be released using other members of the X-men.
