Investigators say they believe the gun used by Thomas Mathew Crooks, the alleged gunman who opened fire at a Trump rally last night, was bought by his father six months ago, according to a person familiar with the investigation who was not allowed to speak publicly.

Most countries have free speech. America has two main issues.

1) More guns than people. Many of these guns a very powerful.

2) The rich divide and conquer the working class. Sometimes this greed results in extremism but now the rich are turning to fascism to ensure they keep every penny.

Trump isn’t the farthest to the right. There are a lot of people farther to the right of Trump who don’t see Trump as being far enough.

Trump’s 2025 statements that the left are dismissing, others on the right are seeing as a betrayal.

If I recall, the FBI have stated throughout Trump’s administration that these extremists would turn against him. It’s not shocking, it’s par the course. He chose to surround himself with lions.

They are mostly right on economic matters while some are socially liberal, I think.

Here, I doubt it’s a libertarian and rather a bigot. As said, the whole project 2025 timing is very suspect.

There are Left Libertarians who believe in social programs and taxes but are very anti-authoritarian.

Most typical Libertarians are closer to Anarcho-Capitalist who believe most social programs and government size should be slashed and make way for big business to determine everything. They absolutely hate taxes.They're also very isolationist when it comes to foreign policy.

Where they split with most right wingers is they believe in the decriminalization of all drugs and prostitution. And they'd prefer a more secular society but one with very little government involvement.

All depends on motive (which it’s looking like far right attacking far right) which would make it easier to highlight the dangers Trump poses of enflaming extremists. When that firmly becomes the case, Trump would lose votes.

Trump supporters and the farther right are literally killing people, kidnapping, sending bombs, and committing other terrorist attacks all while threatening war and blood. It’s easy dots to connect for the public.
