I think dark b may have misworded what he said,i think Singer is more suited to movies that don't require action personally like thrillers and drama's

And that brings me to your question, I much prefer the mansion sequence in X2. While the plane sequence was breathtaking in theaters it is all CGI really outside of some cool moments of Lois flopping aroundl ike a ragdoll. Otherwise I feel it doesn't have much suspense on repeat viewing. On the other hand the mansion sequence featured Wolverine at his best (people who say X3 had better action, I'd just point out how much better this bezerker scene was than any ofh is 3 in X3) and all the characters running for their lives...soldiers shooting children, and Wolverine just being a badass....it is one of the finest action sequences ever made in a superhero movie.

Albeit, the best action sequence in the whole "X-trilogy" (I hate calling it that because I really don't consider Ratner's movie good enough to be connected to the first two) has to be Nightcrawler's attack on the White House in X2 though.

I agree with you on the mansion sequence even though i think there are few better beat for beat music to visuals action sequences than the plane one in SR.
The mansion one is both visually cool and visceral,i actually prefer it over the Nightcrawler sequence and as for X3 i can't remember any standout action in that except Mags flipping the truck

I don't get why fans are in such a hissy about this movie. THere introducing the TFs, it's standard origins stuff, it's the reason Fincher didn't want do an origin movie for Spider-Man. Because Spidey doesn't get as much time as one would like till the second mvoie, and the same goes for any fantasy type superhero movie. There introducing the Transformers from the point of view of hte humans, it's not such a bad idea. I'm really hoping for a sequal when there can be all out TF action.

I think yeah, I think for me it goes AWE, and then transformers, its something new, Spiderman is gunna own, yes, but its still going to be similar fighting style to the stuff we've seen already (not that it is a bad thing), but yeah, I am mega pumped for this
 
Are we suppose to get another trailer some time?

Great posters ..... Prime looks wonderful.

But Megatrons new look still bothers me.
