So apparently Leto leaked the title in a since deleted tweet and it's Tron: Ares. Interesting the god of wars name is in the title.

Eh, only partially true.. Disney looks to be working on Tron 3, just with an inexperienced director: Tron 3 Back in the Works with Director Garth Davis | Den of Geek Not coincidently, Walt Disney World is building a version of the Tron Coaster from Shanghai and that was recently delayed until 2022, making this movie look like a cash grab/promotion opportunity. We'll see.

YES. I need to go back and rewatch Uprising, phenomenal series and I was stunned it only got 1 season.
