World Trouble accessing the official message boards...

I have an account at the official sony spiderman site, but can't access the message boards. I wait for them to "automatically open", but they never come. When I click on the message boards button, nothing happens. I've never been able to get the message boards, but have only now felt motivated to seek assistance in doing so.

Any ideas?
