Nope. Just one of the soldiers given an order from Fury. Cap was too busy fighting the nude german dude (klauser or Kleiser or something. can't remember).

It'd be nice if they did a flashback type thing and showed Cap facing off with one of the previous Panthers and getting a pasting. Like that fight which appeared at the begining of MKs Blackpanther.
