I'm going to pick a 100 characters to battle each other for the Ultimate character.

5 characters will be picked every 4 days and it's up to you to vote for the best character of all time.

This will include characters from Comics, tv shows, games and movies-This is the main reason this vote is in community.

Here is the first 5 characters.

1. SYLAR

5. JOHN LOCKE

Ash gets my vote.
Sylar and Locke were close though.

Not Sylar cause Heroes sucks.

Not Locke cause no TV show character should even be thought to compete with a superhero (except for Jack Bauer and everyone from The Office).

Not Iron Man cause he's like George Bush now.

Not Master Chief cause I could never finish any video game let alone his.

So my vote goes to Ash. Campbell, Raimi, you really can't get much better than that.

Gotta say Locke even though I've lost my patience with . . . err . . . Lost.

This thread is so depressing.
1st, the mouldering corpse of fictional character battles has already been done to death by the first corpse of fictional character battles from centuries ago, so the combatants had better be Hella Interesting if you're even going to go forward with this folly, where the path is so worn you could plant TV's in it.

Next, Heroes and Lost are so lame and depressing. Turn off your TV's. It's all crap. Worshipping boring humans from boring TV shows is depressing...like all the Jack Bauer Worship.
I'd never watched 24, so I withheld judgement, but now I've seen most episodes.
He shoots people. He's good at punching them hard. He has no qualms about torturing people, and he has really good and completely unrealistic physical and emotional endurance.
Whoopedy-Doo
Some old bald dude on Lost against repulsor blasts? Absurd.

Next, Iron Man is depressing. Comics these days are depressing. They're so desperate for new ideas and sales that they're just flailing. Big events used to be special and mind-blowing, like the first Secret Wars and the Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Now they have a big crossover event every other month. It's the norm now. :o
Eff that.

Next, Ash worship is depressing. It's just a Pavlovian response in geeks now. Overexposure has killed him and the Evil Dead series was a nice diversion, but it isn't THAT great. :o

Next, Master Chief is from Halo and Halo is depressing.
Watching geeks s*** themselves trying to shoot people from around the world...all looking just the same in their generic "futuristic humans in body armor with ginormous guns battling creepy aliens" schtick.
It was really cool in "Aliens", back in the 80's.
Anything after that...boring as hell.

So what your saying is the fictional world is depressing?

di dumms :( ^

Get some happy pills or something, because the only thing in this thread that has depressed me is you.

Sorry to be so blunt back there, but the post was very negative . . .

:):D:D:):):):D

I don't know...maybe if you threw Sailor Moon and Snoopy into the fray...*shrug*

Well that might happen, dude. This is only part 1, round 1. :)

Let's hope.

Somebody is in dire need of anti-depressant medication.

I want an Ultimate Anime Women poll so badly. (Fujiko Mine  )

I refuse to take part in this poll unless one of the following is included:

1) Michael Scofield

2) Josie McCoy

3) RoboCop

4) Tony Jaa (not really a character, but screw you)

5) Mad Max
