Ultimate Ghost Rider?

I don't know if I'm the only one, or maybe I missed him, but I think it's about time we get our Ultimate GR. I think it'd be cool if Johny was a motrocross star who was set up to be offed and he got a second chance of life because he was a strong enough host for a demon to escape to our plane.

Uhmm i don't trust very much the "ultimatization" of characters... most examples are subpar to the start ones.

I just hope to god he doesn't first appear in Ult. Spiderman because that seems to be the trend and they all kinda....scuk.

I've seen some images of an Ultimate Ghost Rider concept that was done, but never went through.

At the time however, Ghost Rider wasn't gaining popularity and the movie wasn't even confirmed and already made. I'll try and find those images, wherever they are. I think they were posted in a Wizard Magazine.

That´s right, MM. I got that image and i´d like to put it in here, but i don´t know how.
It was a Jim Mahfood design for a possible Marvel Ultimate Team-Up issue, never published. Was not a very cool art, i say, but, it´s GR. Cool, anyway.
A UGR title is part of my most deep dreams, along with the regular title with the tales of previous and future GRS and the return of the Champions.
If all that happens, i can finally rest in peace.

I wanna see an Ultimate Ghost Rider mini, a team-up of him and Moon KNight (the two characters who saved me from putting the last nail on the marvel coffin), a new team of Midnight Sons, and an explaination as to where the hell Ketch went.

Personally, I'd rather see them continue to put their efforts into developing the Ghost Rider of the regular marvel universe. While the Ultimate line is cool and all, it's outside of the universe that I love so much and have been reseraching for years.

having an ultimate ghost rider would do nothing to regular ghost rider...that's what I dont get about people who put down the ultimate line for that reason...it's not like it's the same writers stretched thinner or anything, and it effects the 616 in no way, shape or form...and it's a great way for new readers to jump on, and then possibly go over to the 616 books if they like what they see in the ultimate line...

I can just picture it
Some villian gets away after attacking the Barton Carnival and Johny helps people get to safety and Spidey comes down.
Spidey- Can you take it from here I gotta go after him
Blaze- You'll want my help
Spidey- No offense but I'm a bit faster then you and I don't have time to argue.
Blaze- Fine go I'll be close behind
Spidey swings away and Blaze runs to his bike
You see a rush of fire fly past Spidey
Spidey has a shocked expression
Spidey meets Ghost Rider outside a building
Ghost Rider- Vengeance must be served!
Spidey- .......Dude....your heads on fire.

I remember a few years back trying to rewrite the Ketch series, using elements of the Blaze series as a base, and a friend of mine told me it seemed like it would be a good Ultimate GR story. At the time, I had no idea what the hell the Ultimate titles were.

I wish I could find that file.
