Ultimate Iron Man 2?

So, any word on this? Issue 5 of the first mini said coming 2006, and we're over halfway through 2006 and it hasnt even been announced yet has it? Seriously, anyone have any idea what it's status is?

Nope, haven't really heard anything about this. Though I'm also looking forward to it as well as I really enjoyed the first mini.
