I found this on Wikipedia.

"According to the press release for the second set of Ultimate Marvel annuals, Speedball is set to make his Ultimate debut in Ultimate Spider-Man annual #2, the returning team of Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Brooks are working on the comic. The comic will also feature Daredevil, the Punisher and Ultimate Kangaroo."

This pisses me off.
Bendis is gonna ruin the origin, I know it.

Ultimize... not ruin... Ultimize dude...

is this a joke?
No. Why would it be?

He's gonna ruin it like he's ruined everything else he's started.

Translation: I have no idea of what I'll happen, so I'll just be negative. Being positive is so much cooler than being negative.

He didn't ruin Alias, and he started that
He started New Avengers, and issue 20 is the worst issue of any comic book I have ever read.

Then people ask why I dont buy Ultimate titles.

So your basis for saying he has ruined everything he ever started is... New Avengers... k.

Just out of curiosity, you didn't read Nick Fury's Howling Commandoes did you? because if you had, you would NOT make that statement about issue 20 of NA...(

you buy ultimates though right? u have to. it's the law! *judge dredd voice*

worse comics: FF: a death in the family (actual story, not the back-ups)

Long story short, I feel its redundant and takes the focus away from titles that actually matter.

Battle For Bludhaven
Most of the House of M Tie Ins
The Portent
Flash: Fastest Man Alive
To name a few...

Yeah, I saw the little preview thing in the back of all those comics.
GOD THAT WAS BAD!
He's also screwed over every writer who wanted to use almost any mutant in a story(with their powers).

Thats cool. I quite like Ultimates, and I read Ultimate Fantastic Four simply because its easier than trying to get back into all the continuity and history of the regular FF.

But, give me Avengers over Ultimates any day... and by Avengers, I mean in the style of Busiek and Perez, because that run had everything I love about comics in it.

Well thats the point of the Ultimate line, easier to access. I actually think Ultimates is pretty good and enjoy what ive read of Millar's FF.

Well, I think House of M was a bad idea, BUT I'm not going to blame Bendis, i'm going to blame Marvel, because its not like it happened like this:

Bendis: yeah, i'm getting rid of all the Mutants

Quesada: Damn, and i'm powerless... to... stop... him...

Whedon: I'm not going to say a word, i'll just snark at him once it back fires.

Strazinski: Spider Gods!

Brubaker: So I get Cap, Daredevil, Uncanny AND a Iron Fist ongoing... SCORE!

----------------------------------------------------

I mean, it's not JUST Bendis' fault. It's the creative control people at Marvel.

yeah, i'm really enjoying Ultimates, just... you know... Busiek and Perez on Avengers... I long for those days to come back :( I mean, its like how they've made New Avengers and Mighty Avengers, and given both to Bendis. Thats dumb. Bendis has New Avengers, give someone else a freaking chance :(

He's not "ruining" the Avengers more like he is not using them to thier full potential.

The only one Ultimate title I read is the Ultimates.
The story is so good, but that's because it's Millar writing it.
I got a few Ult. Spider-man comics (The Deadpool storyline), and that too me looked like a point of no return. I got the Annual, and I like the Kitty/Peter relationship, it's just he hasn't taken it anywhere (the last one i got was the end of the Deadpool story, so I'm not sure if it has since then).

i'd go along with that. However, his Spiderman is woefully out of character at times. i actually enjoy New Avengers at times, just, its not as good as the Avengers should be, because they're tackling Ninja assassins instead of like... the Kree Imperial Navy :(

speaking of assasins.
What happened to Ronin, she was introduced, then disappeared into nothingness.

Well Ultimates stands above the rest of the Ultimate line, because it doesn't just retread old ground, it creates its own stories.
