ultimate spider-man question?

Hi folks - quick question about ultimate spiderman: before the death of spiderman arc started there was issues 161 and 162 listed to come out but I see next week ultimate fallout starts. Have issues 161 and 162 been merged/expanded into ultimate fallout? not sure whats happening here anyone know? Thanks!

Ultimate Fallout is pretty much USM #161, Fallout #4 is the debut of new Spider-Man and #6 is Mark Bagley penciling a story with Sad Nick Fury confronting Spidey's family post-death.
