Ultra Film Junkies required : help with movie title!!

So my bro was telling me about this film where it's about imaging what the world would be like if the Civil rights movement never happend in the US and slavery was never stopped and all that and how in todays world we sold slaves on shopping channels. Anyway the title of the film escaped him and imdb is hard to find a film when you have very little to go on

Anyway if the movie sounds familiar to anyone please post the title. The only clue I have is that they made comments about how big the slaves hands were in one scene to show how we would have treated slaves in todays world. Any help would be appreciated it sounded like an interesting story. Cheers.

No, I haven't. It came out on DVD not too long ago and the cover caught my eye. I've been meaning to add it to my Netflix queue. If you see it, be sure to let us know how it is.

Now that I think of it, there may be several movies on the subject, so that might not be it.
