Age of Ultron Ultron question

Maybe a hardcore comic reader can help me with this one. Part of how they made the Avengers worked was the team was fighting an army.

With Ultron vs The Avengers, how is this going to play out....

If Ultron can go toe to toe with Hulk/Thor wouldn't our non-powered team members get crushed into a fine powder with relative ease? (Hawkeye, Black Widow.)

Hawkeye has taken down heavy weights thanks to his trick arrows, even gave Loki a run if you recall with that explosive arrow

My guess is Ultron isn't just going to pound the world into submission and their probably won't be one of him.
