Due to recent news involving X, formerly Twitter and its owner, the staff of SuperHeroHype have decided it would be best to no longer allow links on the board. Starting January 31st, users will no longer be able to post direct links to X on this site, however screenshots will still be allowed as long as they follow Hype rules and guidelines. We apologize for any inconvenience.
It's supposed to be released on April 25th, I think.Isn't this due out this year?

Why do you say that? It finished filming in October. When they say "new story and characters" they mean compared to the game.Yeah, you're probably right.

Maybe it will be delayed like you say, but it's still doable for April. I expect it to have a low budget and minimum use of CGI, and that's if they even follow the theme of the story. I also wouldn't be surprised at all if it's crap and they want to pay minimum marketing at the last minute.I never played the game but know the basics story. They will need a good but of CGI so I would just be surprised if they make April. No trailer yet either says a lot.

That may be but there are still movies where they don't pay all that much for marketing. Their last Resident Evil film released a trailer six weeks before the film hit cinemas. This could well be the case. But Sony aren't great at judging what's crap or not at the same time.

We later learn all these are scrapped horror scenarios Supermassive was experimenting with for future games. Its like Happy Death Day meets Cabin in the woods.......with wendigos.
