Unusual Sci-Fi Characters

I am working on my own space opera, but I'm looking for characters that are not normal for science fiction.

Two of the characters I have are a vampire/werewolf hybrid and a demigoddess, but I would like to add more.

Also, to be kind of clear, my vampires and werewolves will actually be more science fiction than supernatural.

 

[Lilbaz]

A sexbot that has found a new religion and is now celibate. S/he is on a pilgrimage to pay for it's sins.
The religion may be made up. Maybe the robot found a half burned copy of harry potter or something and has devised it's own religion based on this "holy" scripture.

What are they going to be? Adventurers. Renegades. Criminals. Working for the government. On the run or on a mission. Thrown together by chance or design? Do they get on?

A sado masachistic ships doctor who is an alien. People tend not to go and see him unless they are in serious trouble. Although it's not pretty he can get you back in shape faster than anyone else although he does love his momentos maybe a little toe goes missing or something.

An out of work aging shakspearean actor. Over dramatic, narcasistic and notorious con merchant.

The captain can be a failed military genious who was just a little too cold blooded. Who wiped out an entire planet and is now wanted for war crimes.

A really badly made cyborg. Constantly repairing himself and falling apart. He's also the ships engineer.

Ships navigator is autistic. Brilliant but doesn't really make eye contact or talk to the crew. Has turrets but since his mother brought him up correctly doesn't know swear words so just shouts out the names of random vegatables.

Joe the cleaner and tea lady. No-one really knows anything about joe. But he is actually an assassin that no longer wants to kill as he became sick of it. Usually keeps quiet and deals out cups of tea through the day.

Mingnolet the ships cook. Was the cheff for an emperor before someone poisoned him. Fearing that he would be killed he fled. Constantly complaining to joe about the state of the kitchen and the fact that he has to cook with crappy suplies. He is an alien with 6 tenticles although normal legs. But his eyes are on the side of his head so has 360degree vision.

Master gunner ainsworth. A tiny woman but homicidal maniac. Wanting nothing more than to blow the universe up. For the time being she is happy enough just to blow up the ships enemies. She worships the captain but would happily murder the rest of the crew in their sleep.

Pashanar the demon. Is what actually powers the ship was captured and contained in a powercell deep in the ship. Always tries to decieve or trick it's way to freedom. He is from another dimension. Thus he catches glimpses of both past and future.

He is watched over by michael who is a drug addict. He takes drugs partly due to pashanars taunting. But partly because he has a terribly addictive personality. Surprisingly this helps him resist Pashanar. Michael is in bad shape though as he sometimes swaps parts of himself for the doctors special stuff. Other people getting close to pashanar feel very intimidated and are bombarded with whispers of their darkest secrets and promises of their deepest desires.
