Uploading a GIF to your signature?

How do I do it, and will it let me upload this --->

I was just wondering this myself. Funny, when I checked Quesiton 10 of the sticky at the top it asks, "Can I have an image in my sig?", but it doesn't really answer the question. Thanks for clearing it up.
