Ok don't hate me if this has already been posted. I did a search and the search results came up 0....so blame the search engine. =P

What do you all think of this show? I think it has potential....but the lead actor really killed it for me. He seems like some wimpy guy trying to ACT like a tough guy. He just doesn't have a strong presense on screen and you can TELL he doesn't know a lot about FBI/Police procedure...to the way he handles his gun, to how he moves....he comes up as someone who knows very little about such things...

If they had picked someone like the Captain from Firefly instead...I think the show really could have taken off.

Yeah he seems like a guy behind a desk who somehow against his will made it into the field. He's nowhere near like Jack from Without A Trace. The partner I find annoying sometimes. This show is hanging by a thread for me. There is no sympathy for any of the characters; especially the brother/sister. The writers have thought out (hopefully) a really good idea but it just isn't coming together. Thankfully Studio 60 will air on Sundays in Canada, so after Prison Break there isn't nothing for me to watch so unless Vanished has a good cliffhanger again I won't be watching, only reading to see what the hell happened.

I missed episode 3, I taped Prison Break but not Vanished. The 4th one had some action and more mystery to it but still.... the new shows are finally arriving. The Kidnapped pilot is supposed to be better but I don't see how either show can stretch it out for 22 episodes. Without A Trace works great because its wrapped up in one or sometimes two episodes and then character development for the cast too.

I don't know which episode I saw, but it was the one where they found the coffin in the water. It was okay, has some interesting ideas, but like Slinger said, doesn't feel like it's coming together. I don't have a problem with the main actor, but he really hasn't had much to do.

What? Really? That's pretty damn crazy, I'm kind of impressed with that. Haven't watched it since that last episode I talked about, too caught up with Heroes. Maybe I can catch reruns or something.
