Setting up a third movie Maximum Carnage with Spider Man teaming up with Venom, She Venom, Blade, Black Cat and Daredevil, to take down Carnage, Morbius, Kraven, Carrion, Doppelgänger, Demogoblin and Shriek

With a stronger script, you could made AT LEAST a 100-110 million this weekend.

Build on the irony, intentional or not as it were. On my part, I thought it was.

R rating, maybe?

 

More depth with the characters.
Some background info on Cletus and his childhood would be great. Same with Eddie.

 

A good movie. And no goofy foreshadowing of possible future plots.

 

An improved wig budget.

 

I, for one, don't want better writing. I want the creative team to double down on the sheer insanity. More Eddie/Venom hijinks and more Woody Harrelson in that wig

 

First and foremost: get rid of Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach.
Secondly, get better writers and a more seasoned director.
Thirdly, let the filmmakers do their job and stop interfering with the movies again and again and again and again.
Fourth: Find someone to take creative charge over these movies. This person does not have to be exactly like Kevin Feige, but they need someone to help find a direction for the film and the series moving forward. Is this going to be dark, is this going to be light, will it be leading to something?

It's really difficult to make a wishlist for a film that you don't even want to exist, but that's all I can come up with right now. I would say that I want this to involve Spider-Man, but the movie was so bad that I want it to keep a LONG distance from him unless the next film is miles better.

lol. I mean I wasn't, but... I would rather have Sony use Miles for their universe and keep Peter Parker out of it.

If they don't go for the R-Rating then I have no interest in Carnage.

These will fix some of the problems that Venom 1 had, but I don't think that this "Frachise" can be saved, not entirely. But sure, they can make it better. Some things that went wrong in the first one should be fixable for the second film. Also, having Spider-Man in this is always welcomed, but due to the reviews of Venom 1, I'm not sure that Holland or Marvel will want to have anything to do with this.

I think Silver Sable and the Wildpack could serve as decent antagonists. Hired by a corporation or the criminal underworld that are sick of Venom ruining there crime shenanigans or they want the suit for themselves.

I kinda felt that Drake's henchmen could have been the wildpack, but that would have been a beet too preemptive like ASM2.

 

That wig was awful. There better off making him bald or giving him long hair with a receding hair line.

 

I think Kraven would actually be a perfect villain for the sequel. Going straight into Carnage would be a mistake as it's another Symbiote based villain like Riot.

Kraven is hunter and Venom is a predator. There's a fun story there. And you can spin Kraven off into his own movie too.

Better CGI. Get some practical effects for Venom in there like Raimi did.

Better story and dialogue (obviously).

I wanna see a real conflict between Eddie and the symbiote.

A real standout action sequence. This kovie's action was OK. The motorcycle chase was pretty good amd kinetic but nothing that made you go "DAMN." Have fun with Venom's abilities and have him really go to town on bad guys.

 

As long as it's good, my only request is Tom Holland (or even just a masked-spidey and voiceover or w/e)

Brock's jealousy toward Venom preferring Peter to him would be really interesting.

 

Something more creative than a third act symbiote vs symbiote fight.

 

It wouldn't be a great loss if she did. Her character isn't that interesting and there wasn't any chemistry with her and Hardy.

 

I changed my mind. I want the same wig for Harrelson. Embrace the crazy.
