Man they really don't want Robin or bat girl . too bad I wanted to see night wing finally be made. since he's the darker version story and all.

Ah well. more coming tomorrow.

Discussions in session.

Is it me, or is there a clear bias against some characters of the mythos, from the cast here?

Not even a tinge of preference or respectability, but a simple write-off, as that some of these characters cannot possibly be written well and fit into this franchise.

hmmmm I think their stuck with the stigma of the 1960's bat man that adam west did which was shown on hyper space that bale mentioned in an interview. the batman unmasked.

and the fact that Robin and bat girl were in the failed batman franchise. cause the movie was bad over all they think that they( the characters) were a part of the bad elements. which obviously isn't true. it's just the director, writers, and producers screwed it up with their crazy changes like making barb Gorden related to alfred of all people.

among other changes.

I know there's a number of fans that talk that they only like when bat mans alone. cause it make things all darker. but coming from this cast. hmmmmmmmm. we'll see what happens I'll try and see what else comes up tomorrow. some should show Nolan the night wing period and fast.

I liked the reference to Catwoman in the film.
Slight, clever...and probably not picked up by many.

watch the video. Since it's from Frank miller those three have to consider it, especially since they said they took a lot of his reference material. and it's more resent then dark victory(which it's Obvious he Bale didn't read) so it should be easier for Bale of all people to find. as I said I'll try and put up more video interviews tomorrow.yo later all.

I'd rather Nolan and the others stay away from All star batman. We want the third to be a drama like the first two not a comedy.
LOL I didn't suggest all "star batman." your's and mine are a different titles. and Frank Miller didn't write all star batman. anyway later man. I got stuff to do in the morning.

I bet your glad theres an edit button.
I didn't edit it ether buddy your lost you didn 't see that earlier ether. LOL

remember every one else (other then deathshead2 ) Frank Miller's All Star Batman & Robin it's on hyperspace and bale and nolan know who they are too. So i'm sure they can supply them with it. I'm out til the next interviews are up. later.

Mmm... You know, while I do think that Robin or Batgirl working in the context of a Nolan movie depends entirely on whether or not they're well-written, and thus could indeed work, I am also interested by this character who is all alone in his struggle against crime and has not a single ray of hope other than accomplishing his mission, which he knows is impossible.

I mean it's rather tragic, really. The guy's quest will never come to completion, and he knows it. He's alone, and there's no Robin to cheer him up. He really only has Alfred. And Alfred can't help him in his mission. And still, the guy goes on, he fights while clearly destroying himself bit by bit.

I think this is interesting. And we don't really need the Nolan's realm to be closer to the comics than that. After all, it's nothing but a take on a myth that's way bigger than those movies.

what an a-hole!!!

why doesn't he have bruce adopt dick at the end of the next film, then next movie all they have to do is turn the flashback parts of robin's reckoning of batman tas and turn it into a movie, that episode was pretty nolan dark, and then for the next film just have robin in boarding school

nolan is a hack-liar because his batman films are a perfect copy of baman tas

I don't having sound working on my PC, does this interview confirm that Oldman and Bolan are coming back for a third film?

Freddie is back????:hehe:

Oldman said "No Robin" and he wants The Riddler but I want Catwoman she's easy to do same as the Riddler.

Oldman was hilarious. I hate how against Robin and Catwoman he is, though.

Hmm, yeah, clearly these guys have never read much Robin stories at all. Calling him "a pest" shows absolutely no understanding of the character. Or at the very least, sheer ignorance.
Yeah. Christian Bale's comments were made in jest - for the most part - but his disdain for the character is very much real...and probably very much unfounded.

LOL damn I wanted to show that to every one today. you took that away from me LOL. ahhhhhh well good job. any way now that you guys have see why I'm suggesting to give bale and nolan and oldman the Frank miller's "All star batman and Robin" since that's obviously the only way to register in their heads that a story with robin can be dark and it's the most accessible story to get cost wise and won't be obscure, since it was done recently.

you guys should really think about my plan.
cause seriously the way their talking sheesh. and I really want to see night wing get made on screen any way so it can only get darker if done right. you just have to get them to see that.

I'd prefer them not to introduce Robin either. But Dick Grayson as a troubled orphaned child or teen whom he can relate to would be great. Have him take on a bit of a Jason Todd appeal, but still have Grayson's innocense and charm. He doesn't have to become Robin, and he doesn't really have to get involved with the main storyline, unless of course it involves Tony Zucco and a big Mob battle or something and everyone's happy.
