Basically the former is a criminal mastermind that basically is the Hornet's Joker, and Oliver Perry is a P.I. that hates the Hornet's vigilante stance and tries everything in his power to unmask and humiliate him to the general public. Don't have any ideas about who could play these two if they choose to use them, but I will soon.
