I know that lots of posters make threads with Heroes vs. Heroes. I got the idea for a villains vs. villains thread from reading Batman and Spider-man when Carnage and Joker fight. So here we go...

Considering Arcades MO it would be nearly impossible for them to fight except on Arcades terms where the Joker would have no chance. Arcade doesn't fight one on one and has no combat skills. Chance encounters favor Joker overwhelmingly. We need a scenario to really judge.
